Size 6, that means that the feeder is 6 mm in diameter.

This is not really a full flex nib, more of a soft nib (or as some Italian pen makers call it "elastico"). It does have quite a bit more softness and spring to it than a standard Jowo steel nib - and it's really nice to use. It has a lovely lively feel. My nib did have some initial ink feed issues - it would skip and dry out - and I had to give it a go in an ultrasonic cleaner to get it to play nice. Now I've done that, it writes perfectly.
I kidda look for pens that will be able to accept the jowo#6. Most of my pens that can accept a jowo #6 has been replaced with it. The quality and consistency is top notch.
Good quality manufacture. Write well straight out of the packet.
