Refund policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un inked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us directly to arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide further instructions on returning the item for a refund or replacement.
